Exchange and return are guaranteed rights for all our customers, including all the products we display in our store.
you can return any item you order within 30 days of delivery.
Please send a message to support@bemofans.shop to request a return or exchange, or contact us through the Contact Us page to request a return or exchange.
Please photograph the product and send it, specifying the city, address, and order number, so that it can be replaced with another product if the product is spoilt, has a specific defect, or is not used according to what was agreed upon.
The amount will be refunded to the customer in full if the product received is completely different from the product description on the product page of our website.
Your request for exchange or return will be approved within 14 working days.
Remember that you, the customer, are responsible for the return until we have received and registered it, so always save your receipt until you receive the return confirmation email.
CAN I RETURN ITEMS FROM DIFFERENT ORDERS IN THE SAME PACKAGE?
You are more than welcome to put items from different orders in the same return parcel.
IF I SEND A RETURN AND ORDER THE SAME ITEM IN A DIFFERENT SIZE, CAN I STILL GET THE SAME DISCOUNT?
Definitely! If the discount or the offer is no longer valid, then just contact our customer service after you place your new order. They’ll help you get the same discount again.
CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
of course, you are welcome to EXCHANGE for the item(s) you want in exchange.
